ABOUT THE PORTAL

South Jersey Radiology (SJRA) Patient Portal is our HIPPA compliant web platform where you may view your SJRA reports and letters securely and confidentially. The Patient Portal can be found here or by clicking one of the helpful hyperlinks on our web page.

WHAT DO I NEED?

Obtaining access to the portal is simple. You will need to provide the SJRA registration staff member with a unique email for each family member when you arrive for your test. Mysjra.sjra.com is not a mobile-friendly application.  For best results, please use a desktop or laptop computer.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Approximately five business days after your test, we will send a link to the email you verified on the day of your testing. When you click on the link, you will be taken to our SJRA Patient Portal and prompted to create a password.

Your password must be at least eight characters in length. It must contain at least two numbers, two uppercase alpha letters, and one unique character (i.e.!@#$%, etc.). Passwords are case sensitive.

If you did not receive an email with the Patient Portal link or it has expired, please call SJRA for assistance at (888) 909-7572.
