Financial Policies
Our practice is a preferred provider for most insurance carriers and HMOs.
If you provide us with complete insurance information, we will be pleased to
bill your insurance company directly and save you the time of completing the
necessary forms. If you cannot provide insurance information or if you prefer
to submit your own claims, please understand that payment is expected at the
time of service.
We accept most major credit cards. Any questions regarding your bill should
