Position – Call Center Agent
Locations – West Deptford, Marlton
Hours – Monday through Friday – 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
SUMMARY – The purpose of this position is to schedule for all locations in an efficient and timely manner while striving for excellence in customer service.

High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Physical Demands of the Position – Position requires sitting 80-85% of scheduled shift with continuous use of computer, keyboard and mouse, and multiline telephone.
Working Conditions – Position is performed in an indoor office setting within close proximity to coworkers.
